As long as you're not expecting a good single player campaign you won't be disappointed.
Who the hell is this dude?
You need a big team like Naughty Dog to develop a Jak game on PS3 and right now they're busy with Uncharted 2.
It's not just you. I'm a huge fan of this genre but even I have trouble fighting them off sometimes. Can't complain though, I would have hated it if it was too easy.
Just got this today and I love it.
Is that Rufus from Street Fighter IV?
6 discs LMAO!
Well I just saw the scans and this seems real. Even IGN has this information up on their website.
Are those graphics an April Fools joke? 'Cause if not then wow dude.
Had to be IGN.
It's an RPG so I'm pretty interested. Needs blood though.
Yeah, EAT IT!
Honestly (don't ask me why 'cause I don't even know), I expected more critics to be bashing this game rather than getting on their knees for it.
Did you see the link? It's confirmed for PS3 and 360. Star Ocean 4 wasn't.
The Zeebo will fail in every region, not just India. It won't be competing with the Wii, PS3 or 360 so all that time that went into developing this pile of junk was for nothing. They couldn't even come up with a name that doesn't suck.
Good review. Waiting for the PSN remake to release OUTSIDE of Japan. :(
I never did understand WHY the first was so popular. Any game or movie with Vin Diesel in it is destined for failure and I played the first, it was crap.
I understand that they were trying to boost 360 hardware sales in Japan but still, they haven't even confirmed a PS3 version yet. It's as if they never really wanted it to become a successful addition to the Star Ocean series.
In short, JRPG's sell better in Japan. Port it to the PS3 or the Wii if you want above-decent sales.
You see that's the thing with opinions. Everyone has one. I for one agree with IGN but I also think they're wrong. They're right in scoring the game this low and they're wrong in not scoring it lower. After playing the demo I've come to the conclusion that it deserves a 4.5/10. Nothing more but I won't say nothing less.
This scan also confirms that the highest rated JRPG on 360 (Tales of Vesperia) is coming to PS3 this year.
